Do we know if the threats have come from a Vale fan?

I don't have access to his inbox unfortunately so no idea, but given the amount of stick he's taken over the last few home games he's started, I'd say it's highly likely.

DJ is amazing at times. Calm, assured, great vision and executes loads of defence-splitting long passes.

He needs to cut the daft (often costly) mistakes out of his game.

Genuinely insane. I’m not a fan of his by any means, but the only criticism I offer of him is on here. I’d never even dream tagging players in it on social media, and to send them death threats?! Shame they haven’t been named so we can ban them for life.

Ok so I don’t do social media, and don’t know how it works, but whoever did this can’t they be identified, do you have to register with your name and email address like you do on this forum.

I don't do social media but i do know everything is traceable.

Most half soaked dimwits like the person who did it aren't clever enough and a lot even use their real names. We've seen this with racist insults. I think the Vale fan who abused Vigouroux used his correct name ( might be wrong on that one but rings a bell ) .

Not only don't I get this, but I don't get any dislike for him. He makes mistake like everyone and all players at our level, but seems the best passer of the ball in the back line and I would rather have a player that tries these passes and them not come off sometimes, than a player that passes it back 10 yards to the keeper.

We have to be adventurous with our game and it won't always work - we have to give players like this some slack to make mistake or they just go back in their shell and we have another bog standard defender on our hands.
