Derby win was largely unexpected, FGR win more expected. Life doesnt work out like that. Just hope Vale players expect it to be really hard game, we play better when we have that mindset. For the 3 points against Derby to be a bonus the FGR game needs to yield something, preferably a win.

Darrell’s at the wheel. Don’t worry about complacency.

You're not wrong. But if we're at it as a team I think we're more than capable of getting the three points. We should go into the game full of confidence after the weekend, so I'll be confident.

Saturday proved that we're capable of beating anyone in this league so yes we can certainly go into the game full of confidence.

Ought to open hamil to home fans for this game imagine having 3 to 4000 fans bouncing around singing in a end where the logistics would do the club the justice it deserves and create a atmosphere what will give the other fans in other areas the players ,the management everyone a lift as we tackle another decent side at home .
It just makes sense to me Forest Green in bycars netting down middle etc .
Team well I'm sure the team who did so well at Derby deserve the shirts but different games require different players to do there bit and lets hope if selected they indeed do .

Think it's a bit strange, that so many have Butterworth in their starting 11. Given that last time he started against Posh, he wasn't in the game at any point, was abysmal and deservedly hauled off at half time.

Although it worked really well in the home game against Shrewsbury, where we are expected to be on the front foot and create. Not sure he can have the same impact away from home where we are spending long spells without the ball

Politic or him could be the key on Saturday just behind the front 2

I quite like politic coming on late though when the game is stretched and can have a run at defenders

Nice to have good options for a change !

Huge opportunity to put a 7 point gap between us and the bottom 4, with MK playing Plymouth and Oxford away at Exeter.

Got to be looking to get at that FGR defence really, they seem to be haemorrhaging goals. Lost their big summer signing Reece Brown to injury tonight too.

To be fair we know Forest Green are good and although we beat them early on last season, this isn’t a gimme.
