Nobody is saying that. But going into the league it’s not good to be playing a 17 year old midfielder who hasn’t played before up top

Can’t just stroll along filling players in here and there when players get injured. People saying the step up from L1 is nothing to be worried about? The injuries aren’t going away and playing second-stringers in this league is going to be embarrassing. Exeter won’t finish in the top half and look what they have done with half a squad to choose from. If we are holding out for the right wages, it’s time to up the wage offers.

We'll more than likely lose more than we win this season. I think some people need a bit of a rain check with their expectations. A thumping is never nice but let's see how we react to it against Bolton.

The manner in the way we got beat today is what will anger the fans.  

The lack of squad is a issue, but Exeter seemed more up for the game and showed this by always having players trying to get the ball off a Vale player.  Some of the set pieces were questionable and they scored off them to easily today.

Bring on the next game.

Yeah its how things go Liverpool could not beat Fulham, early season you get some results. Especially first home games.
