He's been rubbish so far, with a rubbish, rubbish squad of players. Of course he deserves a window or two of his own and next season to convince everyone he's the right man for the job. He should start with a clean slate once tomorrow is out of the way, but the jury is very much out.

Still a couple of days left yet and I haven't been here this week.

Pleased? No. But at the end of the day, I'm quite sure she wants to make amends for a number of reasons. Any Vale fan will only be hoping she does exactly that, and so she needs to be given the chance at least. Me hoping she starts to get things right and giving her a chance to do so next season can be separated from the part she has played in this clusterfuck of a season.

Actions speak much louder than words but people really do need to give her a fair chance to put things right before writing everyone and everything off.

Only one I genuinely have any sort of affection for is Ben Garrity. But we should also look to keep hold of Ripley, Smith, Ojo and Chislett. Perhaps Clark if he can get himself fit as he should be a good player for League Two. Then the kids. The rest I couldn't care less about. But for the love of God, can we please stop playing midfielders as wing-backs. Grant and Sang should never be considered for that position never mind play there most weeks.

That's fair enough. Life is all about how you bounce back from adversity. She can and will, and therefore so will the club. Let's go!

I actually miss him a bit and I was one of his biggest critics at the back end of his tenure. Not because he was particularly good, obviously. But he just comes across so much better than Moore.

The guy can barely put a decent sentence together. God knows what he's like in the dressing room, but it can't be good.

She was the one who appointed Crosby in the first place. Why? Because he was the cheap and easy option. Not because he had any credentials to actually improve the club. She then only sacked Flitcroft because the fans basically left her with no choice, otherwise the chancer would still be at the club. Carol's been living off her "saved the club" schtick for a couple of years now. But you can be grateful for that while also being critical of just about everything she has done since.

Wonder if she will make an appearance anytime soon and take some accountability for this disaster? Or will she just patronize fans again and point the finger elsewhere? Every single decision she has made in recent times have led to this.

She only shows up when people want to shower her with praise, pat her on the back and tell her how wonderful she is for Port Vale and Burslem. More chance of Bigfoot making an appearance right now.

This horrific starting 11 and bench is the direct result of an owner who doesn't have a clue, hasn't learned from her mistakes, and has invested money into the wrong areas of the club because she tried to run before she could walk.

He wasn't given more time at Huddersfield because he was God awful. They were losing games left, right and centre, he was boring the pants out of everyone with his tactics and also his post match interviews. Basically exactly the same stuff we have seen with him here. With the squad he had at Wednesday I don't think it was any huge achievement to take them up. From what I've seen so far I'd say he's arguably worse than Crosby, and we have given the plonker a 5 year contract. It's an utter circus under Clueless Carol.

We can all pick different starting 11's and the one thing in common they will all have is that they are simply not good enough at this level, from front to back. It's a crying shame. Go back to the beginning of the season when a home win (against Burton?) would have put us top, and we genuinely had a strong, exciting 11. Arbaster and Devine pulling the strings. We all dreamed that Wilson could stay fit and show the player many still seem to think he could be. We had Thomas up top who offered something different. We've gone from being hopeful to completely abject, all because of one ladies faith in a complete and utter chancer, and a January transfer window straight from the depths of hell.

Definitely not his fault alone. But if he sticks around, the jury will really be out on him next season. So far he's only shown us exactly the type of person and manager the Huddersfield fanbase were warning us we were getting.

We might huff and puff for 20 or 30 minutes but this will end up 3 or 4. People call me negative, a Stoke fan, blah blah. That's fine. I certainly don't lose sleep over it. But in my eyes we were down 6 or 7 weeks ago and I made peace with it. Bring on the rebuild and get as many of these muppets out of the club as possible.

We still should have had enough to win our home games against bang average teams not really playing for anything though. The collapse against Exeter was completely unacceptable. We should have got 4 points minimum from the last two games and we ended up with zilch. Nothing. Nada. That's on Darren Moore. So far, he's been absolutely diabolical with an admittedly diabolical League One squad, which is down to Carol and her decisions over the season.

As long as he does his job and keeps those pies at a sufficient temperature I have no axe to grind with him.

I've never mentioned her family once. Well, maybe Patrick once or twice but he's about as useful as a one-legged man in an arse kicking contest.
