I think so, the ref did not appear to spot that their goalie moved forward before the pen was taken, but not uncommon.

Did their woman even touch it for the handball? I know she had her hand in the air but it didn't seem to alter the balls' trajectory whatsoever. Found England quite ponderous but guess it's early days.

It is early days in this competition, but England were definitely ponderous.  It's worrying that the Lionesses have only scored one goal in the last four matches (none from open play). Haiti should some really silky skills and speedy probing.  Given a tad more luck and they could easily have come away with at least a draw

Clear handball, all 3 decisions that went to VAR ended up with correct decisions. I’ve never seen a ref blow for full time before only to realise she’d blown too early and then blow 2 seconds after restarting the match again. Thought England were very uninspiring against the rank outsider.

Agreed, I thought they were dire. Standard overall has been very poor.
