I said weeks and weeks ago... Actually, it was more of a question. I asked whether anyone can imagine the players really wanting to play for Askey. Based on his pre and post match stuff, when he can be arsed and doesn't send out Dave Kevan, he comes across as someone that is as dull as dishwater. Nice enough man, sure, but not someone that will get you motivated and/or inspired in any shape or form.

He makes Cleggy from Last of the Summer wine look like William Wallace.

Smith on RS, last week, I’d rather win 1-0 than lose 4-3, which was the Stoke and Vale results. This week I’d rather draw 0-0, than lose which we have done today.

She is totally biased and needs to be taken off the radio. She only talks about Stoke well done RS with a guest who offers comments about about both clubs.

We have players on the bench who he didn't trust to bring on.  That tells you that certain people are not behaving.  

Give him January to rid us of the poisonous few and see if that steadies the ship.  

The ship for Askey has sunk. All the players on the bench ARE his players if he doesn’t trust them he should never have signed them or resigned them. Can’t defend him any more I’m afraid.

That old chestnut. It's starting to sound like a very convenient reason that is getting rolled out to excuse poor performances.

If it is true then it's a management issue. Askey won't have been the first manager to deal with something like this. It's part and parcel of the job.

Thats a worry ! We are not going to very well in non league if results like Kings Lynn, Barrow and Stevenage are anything to go with. Notts county and Chesterfield are not doing to well.

Here’s an idea, get a manager who actually rectifies all these things.
