Did Mckirdy or Robinson cause Smith to miscue a header and a clearance. Did them pair tell Whitehead and Mills to play like a new born goal ?  Did them pair tell Fitzpatrick to have a shot on goal in desperation from 40 yards ? 

No they didn't, and it's a convenient narrative to blame them. 

Have any of them done anything decent, Mckirdy absolutely nothing and Robinson the odd thing. 

I want more than internet rumours to give me proof that they were signed without Askey or Carol wanting them.

At this point I'm convinced Nofinikea is out for bites and we've all been caught. So fair play to him

I defended Askey at first but I think his position is now untenable. He’s had his chance to turn it around and failed. If we were not getting the results but showing some good signs I’d say keep him, but the performances are downright depressing. We ship goals for fun.

It’s a shame because he did such a good job last year, and he’s a nice bloke like how he was ringing up supporters to check on them during the first lockdown. He’s also been incredibly unlucky this season, we’ve been crippled by injuries. But even with the injuries this is inexcusable.

We still have the same defence bar Gibbons, have Pope and Rodney up front. Robinson somehow managed a good total last season so shouldn’t be this bad. Our squad isn’t great with the injuries but still should be able to compete better than this. Whitehead is clearly abysmal, not even conference level. We’ve just let Quigley score against us, and he’s one of the worst players I’ve ever seen play for us.

This can’t be allowed to go on, wish him all the best but this cannot continue.

A few of us will remember the days of Micky Adams when he put the squad on transfer after they did what they are doing to JA and Co to him.  Mickey Adams is not the answer now and I hope that Carol and Co don't go for the "Within the club for the manager job" as it has been shown it does not work.

We need a manager who has no connections to the club and gets the players sparking again like we know they can.

Genuine question: do you know something everyone else doesn't? If so, you should say something; if you don't it's just a hypothesis the same as everyone else's.

But if it is true, then the manager should deal with it; and if he can't then the club should step in because no team's performance can justifiably be undermined this way.

Two players - employees of the club - threatening our season? It wouldn't be tolerated in any other walk of life. They would be sacked for gross misconduct. To be honest, it takes some believing...

Largely due to live crowds applying verbal pressure. Empty grounds appear to nullify and ease the risks of keeping him in post.

If they are such a problem I’m sure askey could keep them away from the rest of the squad and make them train on their own so they can’t be that much of a problem
