I have agreed three times that I don’t think he will be very good and would prefer him not to sign... and yet good old Ernie demands I not try and claim he will be a roaring success.

No think 12 months to prove he can do it with his own players.2 yrs at a push.

We ended up carrying on paying Baldrick Brown for 18 months after he left.
