Vassell seems likely for the defender but didn’t think there was a solid link to him just that he was with Aspin at Gateshead?

I'm pretty sure he was at the ground a couple of weeks ago. Also a couple of the players are convinced that hes signing.

Won't spark much conversation as I don't think any of us know much about either. Good luck to both of them. Guess that's it unless we can get 2 or 3 off the books.

I'm pretty sure the usual suspects will find something to moan about despite not knowing anything about them (indeed, I suspect that the fact that we don't know much about either will be one of the sticks that is used to beat these signings. Oh, and a lack of ambition, Smurf not putting his hand in his pocket, etc).

Like the look of Vassell; can play centre half and right back, 21, local, and a good season in the level below. A great bit of depth and an option looking forward.

 

Know nothing about Kanu. Probably will be used as cover for the wings and then a pacy option up top. Once more, a decent depth signing, with Posh fans seemingly convinced there is a player in there.

 

Hopefully now we can shift the 3 remaining stooges and bring in a loanee winger, and some left back depth.

Agreed. Most promising summer we've had for a while (on paper). Will be interesting to see if ST sales by the end of June match or beat last season. If they don't, then that just goes to show that supporter apathy is well and truly ingrained.
