I like your analysis but I don't like your prediction! I hope you're massively wrong, ie, Vale win.

 

Surely it's not beyond us to win this one and it's one we really need to win, Grimsby will be thinking the same and I think the key will be who makes the least cock-ups because poor L2 sides are usually down at the bottom more because they can't defend than they can't score. As long as half the scoreline at the end of the game reads "Grimsby nil" I'll take whatever the other half of it is.

Slightly off topic i guess, but i've only been to Grimsby the once. Got it in my head that we won in Kalamazoo blue and Jason Beckford notched for us.

What i want to see this Saturday is 11 or 14 players leaving everything out on the pitch, pure effort and determination.

 

Curled it in with his right foot and then ran to the away supporters and jumped on the fence. Been a few times and that's my only memory of games there.
