Could it possibly be that there are one or two people who revel in making a fuss without knowing all or even any of the facts, feel great when there is a sniff of a chance of someone having done something wrong so they can criticise it, scapegoat a few people just in case, and post condescending righteous rubbish to get themselves noticed, do you think perhaps Jean?

 

Nothing should be hidden long-term - but I trust Aspin and particularly Rudgey who has so much experience to choose the right time to reveal information as they see fit, and not be pressured by wannabee psycho vigilantes.

He was at Farnborough and played 27 minutes before being subbed against Salisbury in the cup.

Don't think it's going to help Vale by all the supposition on here. Leave the powers that be to handle this correctly, if indeed this is the problem. Aspin has tried to keep a cap on this and my opinion is that by discussing/broadcasting it on our site may give rise to some smart alec seeing it and wanting to do us down.

 

Calm down. If we've fielded an illegible player, the authorities will more than likely have known well before anyone at the club. Also, why hide it on here when it's already been published in the sentinel. Some place far too much importance on this forum and the consequences of posts.

Not disagreeing but it's not Sittingbourne I'd be worried about(if there is an eligibility issue) he did appear for Farnborough on 2nd September in FA Cup qualifying home to Salisbury and lasted 27 minutes. That would certainly cup tie him FA Cup wise as another aside so he can't play against Yeovil next week anyway!
