This is genuinely the worst Port Vale Side I have seen in all the years supporting Vale how they call themselves footballers is beyond me how can every single supporter see where the problems are on the pitch yet 2 managers and a DOF can't is it just that the players are absolutely dreadful I genuinely think 85-90% of our passes are made between and by our Defenders we are not Man City

Difference today is being clinical in front of goal. Something we’ve known of lacking all season to be honest. Shaded the game in every other department but results haven’t been too shabby for us today. Onto Wigan where we have to take our chances & need a point at least really. We still have a chance. UTV

Rubbish. Barely even had a go, same tempo all second half. <ovf censored> lump it forwards to Uche. It’s a very good job only Cambridge result has gone against us. These are a poor side as well

<ovf censored> wouldn’t score if we played till midnight

Today was a tough one. Northampton are very good at home - that’s their 10th win.

It’s 2 of us, Cheltenham, and Burton joining Fleetwood and Carlisle.

Incredibly, we’re in the best form of the 3.

Cheltenham have 1 win in 9. Awful form

Burton look done. No wins in 9.

Vale - 7 points from 15, 3 clean sheets in 5. A loss today in which we’ve had the best chances with Uche and Chislett at a side very good at home. Both goals on the break via mistakes.

We’re a significantly better side than we were a few weeks ago. Burton and Cheltenham need to turn around absolutely honking form, whilst if we perform as we are, we will probably pick up 2-3 more wins.

Dunno. Bang in it, aren’t we?

Not at all. The bottom five have all lost so it’s onto Saturday. Need a win at Wigan though.

I was referring to today's game after concedinthat 2nd goal. Hope still burns (perhaps not quite so brightly), but with hope comes expectations and expectation usually ends up in disappointment!

Threw it in at the end then. Why did Sang just stop running??

He's not a defender, never has been, never will be, defensively he is <ovf censored> woeful. Responsible for double figures conceded all by himself.

Can only go on stats has haven't seen game

They only 3 on target and scored twice

Vale have had 4 on target 8 off .

Not great though but results elsewhere mean they still have a small chance .

Poor result though as there a very average team at best
