Yes RZ, based on a playing budget provided by Carol and Crosby's instructions what he was looking for a player physically and technically. Crosby has spoke about this so many times at great length about the process in the summer. He does the same as Clarke. The player is identified, he interviews them then says yes or no.. Its Crosby's final choice.

At Stevenage the foul on Chislett was a blatant penalty but ref didn’t give it so not a pen. Liner didn’t raise his flag on Saturday so not offside. We can’t have folk on here saying you can’t blame bad decisions by the ref when we lose so you can’t blame them when we win. Be consistent!!!

We won let's hope it gives the players confidence I read both after match thoughts on game in baggers blog on game and Caudwell was spot on , we started game so poorly if they had have scored which thankfully they didn't we were there to be well beaten .

We take the win and the clean sheet and lovely worked goal and the energy of bipepa but other than that and Debrah showing what he is all about a game to quickly move on from .

If we repeated that performance next 9 games we wouldn't win a one .

So massive room for improvement.

It was offside. Luck and decisions tend to even out over 46 games. Over the last 10 or 11 games we haven't had the rub of the green. That's football.

Its certainly offside, not as clear as it first looked from the side angle, in fact if Mr Wenger has his way with the clear gap rule he would be on as the lad on the side nearer the corner taker is probably overlapping slightly but as said I will take one when you look at the Stevenage penalty we didn't get, the Pompey penalty when it was foul initially on Balmer, the Peterborough penalty, we've been due one go our way.

But he doesn't have the ultimate choice only a selection filtered by the DOF. Maybe he would prefer to sign a different player altogether...

If there are any players that AC has spotted as of interest I would expect them to be fed through the system.

Uche gets a player sent off and Baylee Dipepa run at players lays a marvellous ball off to Uche and the goalie saves well .

What I want know is where was all that play all second half .

Reason why we are not doing too well is because we have 2 goals from the 3 Strikers DF has signed this season. 

Well - if you want facts - Josh Thomas has scored 3 goals for us, so far. 

The points I didn't think I would need to make, about Jesse Debrah, are that he wasn't really on our radar, nor anyone else's, apparently?  Is a great size for a defender, but is fast for someone his size, and is comfortable with the ball...oh...and he can defend, too! He will be a six-figure signing if someone comes in for him...maybe top end of six figures, too?  And not many on here ever mentioned him. so that was a good piece of work.

I could also mention Ripley, Chisnall, Clarke, Iacovitti, Sang, Grant, Lowe and the 4 loanees - Arblaster (you may have heard of these?), Devine, Thomas and Balmer...oh...and reserve GK Leutweiler?

Not a bad rebuild, really!
