Unfortunately we do look a bit short at the back, looking at that bench. If Smith doesn't play we'll have to put someone like Kiko or Gibbons on the bench although Pugh could play left back if required.

I'd just throw Fasan in from the start. He's got good size and pedigree and must be of similar standard to Boot if Celtic have kept him for so long.

I have just noticed that we have lost 3 of our top 8 league goalscorers from this season, they scored 14 of our 31 goals between them. I hope some of the new boys can address that!

Really looking forward to today's game and what selections are made and how the new lads fit in, will the unknown Fasan play instead of Boot? Will Smith be fit? Good choices in midfield now and who will play up front? Either way I feel it's a must win game with two long and difficult away games to come, feeling excited and apprehensive but more importantly I want to buy a ticket now instead of turning up through blind loyalty. Don't care how we get it though but we just need the win today

I'd be surprised if the Celtic goalie didn't start. I doubt he'd come here on loan otherwise but it's a different kettle of fish to the under 23s.

 

And I'd guess that most if not all of the loan players will be in the squad too. It's just a question of who he picks in midfield as I doubt he'll change the front two and the back four tends to pick itself due to lack of numbers.

 

Should be a very open game. They create chances galore home and away but have shipped a lot of goals lately and look weak at the back. Bostwick is out which is a bonus.

cant wait,last week we were never over ran in a game that was open and end to end probably will concede but will out score as we have fire power on many fronts 3-1 vale.
