New signings x 2

George

Recommended Posts

Looked at the compilation and he seems ok .... but then you wouldn't see a player compilation of someone playing poorly. My guess is he signed for Cambridge to get some game time and the deal was they'd let him go at the end of the season. Does seem confusing as it looks like he was at Norwich then Everton then Norwich. Seems very left footed in the clips and it will be unusual to have right footed Moore and a left footed winger. Oh well no Streete then I'm guessing. The fact he's been prepared to move to Liverpool, then Rangers then back to Norwich does show he's keen to make it in the game, so here's hoping. 2 year contract with the option for a 3rd shows confidence somewhere in the club. Guess that's Marshall off.

Oh for goodness sake - who's moaning now.

Posts are instantly removed because Admin (being Vale fans) are reading a thread about a new signing.

When we see something that's wrong such as personal abuse, it is removed.

But we DON'T and can't read every post (that would mean 24 hour unpaid shifts) and we make that abundantly clear. If you see something "worse" simply take five seconds to report it and we'll consider removing it/taking action.

It's that simple.

Id like to know where I posted something that is considered personal abuse.

It's the kind of signing we've been talking about for weeks and has to be a good move.

A young lad who has been brought up at premiership clubs.

Page must rate him to offer him a 2-3 year contract.

Perhaps not headline grabbing but a move we should welcome I think.

I sniff a bodin recommend.

“We know what a good player Sam is from when he came training with us, and he has since gone on to play for Norwich and Everton,” said Roberts.

“But the question is just what is missing for him? It might just be a bit of application and if he wants to get back to professional level then he knows it is going to be hard work.

“I’m not sure whether Sam still wants to be a pro, but he’s a good player and we’re pleased to have him.”

I'm still expecting another new signing today because surely this isn't the news Norman said last night will get this forum "very busy"

Anyway it's a signing at least

Welcome to the club Sam.

Exactly my thoughts... Definitely not a signing to get OVF buzzing. However, he does look like he could be worth a punt for the future. Page' own comments suggest he is not ready for first team football at the moment.
