The seating is unallocated tonight so don’t think it’s a case of picking a seat just a block and then which ticket type you want.

The mind boggles at how they thought 

1) Cutting 4 lots of customer serving counter space by closing the ticket office, and

2) jamming it into existing counter space shared by club shop retail points, and 

3) they'd get away with taking payment for delivery for STs back in the summer but then insisting on collection

 

would be good ideas.

They admitted the set up was insufficient but they've miraculously somehow made it even worse. I'm actually impressed.

Hi rob thanks mate. Me and my sun decided to have a stroll down in the rain. All is sorted now. I am lucky to live close to VP or it would be a rite pane in the but! Do they even answer the phones now? I was told that all the people from the ticket office had bin let go.

The Disabled Info seems to have disappeared. Disabled Ticketing and Parking Info needs to be in the First Visit/Away Fans section.

The seating is unreserved so the website will just show areas rather than specific seats.

After my whinge about ticket collection I got to the Club Shop just before 7 last night to find the place almost empty! No queue at all and I walked up and collected my Oxford tickets without any hassle at all. Even off the pitch you never know what you're gonna get with Vale! See you at the three sided wonder.
