Worst side i have seen this season but you can only beat what’s in front of you. Completely dominant throughout the half, only negative for me is that it’s only 1-0. For all our good play we need to create more and shoot more. Still if that first half is anything to go by I expect us to win this comfortably

That’s a good point. Ellis plays on the edge and on a yellow so just thinking ahead him for Procs at some point might be an option to protect him. Other than that get the next goal and then can start thinking about maybe running it up and reducing that negative GD. Won’t get a better chance than today.

Vale had most of the play and deserve to be in front, I agree with Sprowy, these look low on confidence and long may it continue.

Yet in the reverse fixture they were very good. Playing without confidence. We need to keep at them and not let them get any rhythm.

7 shots 1 on target. I think we are much better than these but we need to put it on their defence more. Even if it's up and under. I don't want this to be where they manage 1 shot on target, score and draw.

According to the stats we’ve only had 1 shot on target. Even though that is wrong as Ellis’s effort was definitely on target, that is very poor for how we have dominated and how poor MKD have been
