The "Process" is just the modern way of running football. But we are not the only ones using it, without it we would have been left behind playing Yeovil in the National.

It’s what we are doing… sometimes it will pay off, sometimes it won’t and you go back to the backups… but anyone who is slating the management team for trying to get the best they can for the money they have should read that sentence over and over again.

I understand what we are trying to do but common sense suggests that as a minimum a League 1 football team should start the season with 11 fit players (one for each position) and one reserve player who can play in each position. 

In this scenario "fit" means not coming back from a serious injury and or surgery or a long period last season without any games. 

We have fallen woefully short of this, which is why some of us are not happy. Is that unreasonable?

Unsure why them being a freebie would be an issue, but in terms of teams we should be able to compete with budget wise, I'd have taken Telford (Crawley), Kellor-Dunn (Burton), Marquis (Brizzle), Nlundulu (Cheltenham), Edmondson (Carlisle) and Vadaine Oliver (Bradford)

It seems pretty obvious Blackman was our go-to-keeper, didn't work out. We have obviosly gone for strikers with the same result for whatever reason. Yes, the club sells itself well, yes, there is a proces but there is a lot of competition out there. This is a step up. Losing Gibbo to me was a mistake that could have been avoided. Not sure why jake Taylor went just as he was returning to form/ fitness? All clubs get things wrong. The more successful ones get more right than wrong.

3rd and 4th games of the season already this week. I meant "start of the season" not 4 games in.
