Metropolitan Police say no case to answer.Marvellous how the Guardian got the recording of the Boris row with his girlfriend.I take it everyone on here lives in domestic bliss and never argues with theIr partner.I can only think they are cave dwellers living on their own.
We are not public figures bluffing daily that we could run the country. Higher standards are required until weekend parties are held at Chequers out of range of the press.

I don't think I've ever had a blazing row that was so loud and sounded so bad to my neighbours that they've called the police because they were worried about it. In fact I know I haven't in nearly 40 years of wedded bliss :whistling:

Get back to your Daily Mail. It's good on a Saturday and has an excellent TV guide so you can highlight when you can watch Boris and Jeremy.

Don’t read the Daily Mail,Sage.I prefer to read the comic cuts on here.

“Get off my laptop” and “Get out of my flat” in a whisper? My wife actually fell about laughing when she saw the news on TV.” Nothing going on in the world today,I see” as she hit me with a frying pan.

I can imagine you and your missus argue every five minutes, Howjy, because you’re such an argumentative sod!

Whenever people on here defend stuff like having secret children, assaulting female protestors or suspected domestic violence in the middle of the night, it's fun to imagine their reaction if Jeremy Corbyn or Diane Abbott were the perpetrator.

That is part of the issue with everything though Mr H, not just politics. I dare say there was a large crossover of people who cheered Lee Hughes' goals against Gillingham, York or Burton who happily shouted "murderer" at him when he was playing and scoring against us for Oldham and Notts County. I was certainly one. People on both sides of the spectrum do not see the flaws in their own and are keen to highlight the flaws in others. Until that changes (and i'm not sure it ever will), I do not think the quality of politician we can elect is going to improve.

Is having children a crime?

Was a crime committed when the trespasser was ejected?

Was there any domestic violence? If so by whom?

I don't care who is involved..... Tory..... Labour..... anonymous

If someone has kids they are keeping secret it's between the parties involved.

If jezza had removed the trespasser I would say the same.

If the police had been called to Abbott's residence I would say the same.

All the above is dependent on no laws being broken...... I don't see any as yet.

Why are people so interested in other people's private lives?..... is it social media?.... reality tv?..... nothing in their own lives?...... carp media hyping sales?

My vote is now with Jeremy Hunt. Boris will have to get it back if he can. I think Hunt is coming out as an intelligent thoughtful guy. I had Boris as a heavyweight politician who would break through at political level in a way the Maybot couldn't. But he is falling apart as just appearing chaotic. Also we don't have time for instability in personal relationships at a key moment. Remember if Napoleon had not had an illness on the day, the Battle of Waterloo might well have turned out differently.

It's almost as fun as imagining your reaction if Jeremy Corbyn or Diane Abbott were the perpetrator.

Also - "No offences or concerns" so I'm not sure exactly what has been perpetrated here and by whom.

This is a non story, you've thrown your mud, it hasn't stuck, it will be something else next week, and something else the week after that.
