Boris was rightfully scared of Gove so lent some of his votes to Hunt. So looks like it'll be Boris. Wonder how he'll manage to keep the likes of Mark Francois happy at the same time as keeping his promises to the likes of Matt Hancock.

Jeremy Corbyn.

I can understand alot of the above points but to criticise him for his marriage failures is of no concern, Corbyn has been round the block three times and had a relationship with Dianne Abbott, the thought of them riding round East Germany on a motorbike tour still makes me smile.

Johnsons private life is of no concern.

My response was deliberately over the top - just as the reaction to the programme has been. My point was that the question the Muslim guy asked was perfectly reasonable and produced a very good response from Sajid Javed who got all the candidates to agree to have an investigation into Islamaphobia in the Tory Party.

In the context of that programme the questioner's social media background was irrelevant. If the BBC are going to have an investigation into the backgrounds of everyone who is allowed to ask a question on the telly, perhaps they should follow up with an investigation into the bloke who is likely to be our future Prime Minister? He has enough baggage - both in what he has said and what he has done - to bar him from any BBC programme at any time in the future if we are going to adopt that strategy.

Dunner worry, the investigation will find that no one is to blame, especially not the BBC.

Johnson's four children are with the same woman in a long term relationship. His promiscuity, insofar as he is now with a younger woman or been with other women sometimes is not particularly challenging to his standing.

That's because the BBC did nothing wrong. How often does Question Time have paid up Conservative members asking questions? I'm sure you weren't getting your knickers in a twist on all those occasions.

I'm afraid they did do something wrong with the two problem questioners. It is not that the questioners asked inappropriate questions. It is that they get the final word in judgement of the response when they lack the credibility to sit in judgement. So unfit people were allowed to influence a national audience with the power of the final word, whether negative or just omission to comment at all.

But lying about it is - particularly the two abortions.

What's Jeremy Corbyn got to do with the challenge Boris has got of keeping two different promises to two different groups in his party? ....

He's literally their answer to any difficult question about their wretched party.

Talking of which, this is really ******* shameful.

UK arms sales to Saudi Arabia unlawful, court of appeal declares

And, oh, look!

"Three judges said that a decision made in secret in 2016 had led them to decide that Boris Johnson, Jeremy Hunt and Liam Fox and other key ministers had illegally signed off on arms exports without properly assessing the risk to civilians."

Come off it, Warren! “Unfit people” were sitting on both sides of the debate and those on the stools had far more to say in attempting to influence a national audience than individual questioners!

Just wondering ? Do you think the next Labour government will scrap any arms deal with the Saudis ? Always been a bit of a hot potato considering the number of jobs that rely on the contract.
