I know a couple of sets of Stoke fans who have bought tickets in the Lorne Street since the restrictions were in place, they were asked for postcodes and that was it. Seemed a bit surprising to be honest.

I've read everyones posts in this thread and see both sides.

Ive decided to go now because i think it will be horrible for our players playing at home with 4000 Stokies taking the ****

I'm going for the players representing Port Vale...my team

The cups still a **** idea though

Whatever the merits of our ticket office, i presume they are doing as they do at Federation Road tip .

Basically quote any random ST6 Postcode and jobs a good un

I think you are spot on with this. It’s what I would do, of course many lardies live in Tunstall and Burslem areas so could quote their correct post code.

I said to the Staffs police officers at Yeovil that Stokies would be in the home ends without a doubt.

And I believe that may have an effect on some Valiants not attending this match. Sjoke fans are still crowing about "taking over Vale Park" and that possibly is why certain people who may have wanted to watch the game will now stay at home Sad reflection on life today that segregation or the lack of it might have an adverse effect on attendances.

Increasingly more and more posts from **** fans claiming to have bought home end tickets.

This is going to have to be the biggest police operation at Vale in years, surely? Can't imagine any **** fans will last very long before being found out and escorted out, I'd be surprised if there weren't police actually in the stands and on the concourses. Not a game I'd take kids to. Wonder if the pubs will be made to close like at Crewe away?

Just a shame this isn't the FA or league cup or we'd all be going. Checkatrade nonsense.

After posting this I've just seen Hamil Road, Burslem Park and the Vale Social are all apparently closed. Chaos concentrated in Burslem town centre then.
