Increasingly more and more posts from **** fans claiming to have bought home end tickets.

This is going to have to be the biggest police operation at Vale in years, surely? Can't imagine any **** fans will last very long before being found out and escorted out, I'd be surprised if there weren't police actually in the stands and on the concourses. Not a game I'd take kids to. Wonder if the pubs will be made to close like at Crewe away?

Just a shame this isn't the FA or league cup or we'd all be going. Checkatrade nonsense.

After posting this I've just seen Hamil Road, Burslem Park and the Vale Social are all apparently closed. Chaos concentrated in Burslem town centre then.

Definitely quite a few that I know of, and a few in the boxes as well.

Can't see there been trouble myself, there'll no doubt be 50/60 idiots on both sides but looking at the state of some of the so-called "lads" on both sides these days they couldn't fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

Come on. Your arch enemy trying to sit in your home ends? Even with the reduced boycott home crowd numbers there will be enough young lads in to take affront. If they get found out it'd be naive to not expect it to get heated unless they're kids. Coppers would be daft not to be on the concourses, daft stewards won't do anything.

Nor would if I was on minimum wage and faced with aggressive people who want to fight.

One final thing, l don't think that many fans are necessarily boycotting the competition or this game - they're just not interested in it, regardless of the opposition.

Even though it's against SCFC, l can't get worked up about the outcome. It's a reserve game, not a Derby.

A Stoke supporting gentleman of my acquaintance informs that he and his fellows have started referring to next week's derby game, as 'El Ceramico' - which I thought was quite whimsical

Perhaps we could get a trophy made up for derby games and name it 'The Tea Cup'

Also, and I'd do it myself, but I'm not resident, could someone remove the 'Welcome to Burslem' sign and replace it with one stating 'Welcome to Buenos Aries', I'm sure the Lardies would see the funny side

Certainly the guys I know in the Vale end are savvy enough to know that when you sit on with the home fans you keep quiet even when you score.

If people don’t and there’s a reaction it’s certainly not right but it happens.

Some stoke fans will sit quietly in the home ends and just enjoy the game

Its the ones that mouth off, if there are any that need to be dealt with.

Hope that is being escorted out of the ground.

Hate to see stoke fans giving themselves up to the stewards, police before anyone knows who they are and then being walked around the ground, like a hero and then let into the hamil.

If in the home end then they should be ejected from the ground !
