Guy who took footage said 'his head had gone'

That's the second time this week then as it certainly sounded like he'd lost it in his interview with Blakeman after Tuesday's game.

Maybe its dawning on him that he's just not up to it, and his default negative stance on tactics and team selections aren't going to cut it, even in this pish-poor league?!

Next 3 games are extremely concerning, put Crewe aside , we are abysmal away from home.

Can anyone see more than 3 from the next 9 points available ?

Thank the Lord for Macclesfield and Morecambe

There will be 6 points given away due to defensive line ups and lack of goals against those two clubs and no doubt they will improve as we get worse.

He's out of his depth and it's starting to show in his professionalism

Only two shots on target against lowly Grimsby. Vale don't have any striker who can shoot on target.

It was obvious pre season that a sriker of proven ability was needed along with a competent wide man.

They do have a striker that can shoot on goal, however, he is carrying an injury, not training properly and then has to play up front by himself. Another striker that has not heard about passing to another player instead of being greedy and trying to score himself.

Do Pope and Millar get on I don't go the games home or away but all you here on the radio is millar won't pass the ball to pope he would have a shot instead of passing to a team mate and same with pope won't pass the ball to miller aspin changes the team fare enough but its the same players then when he makes a sub its the same players that get changed give millar and kanu a chance give pope a rest if he is carring an injury the other subs and squad players must be fed up at not getting a fair crack of the whip

Some idiot called him a bald w*****?

So that person wasn't far wrong then?!

Loved Aspin as a player but he's a Conference manager in way above his head. I just don't think the players are at all inspired or motivated by him, and when players aren't playing for the manager and the shirt then you're in big trouble. When he's sacked sooner or later no other league club would go within a thousand miles of him.

Just glad I don’t attend away games any more. Team selection and substitutions seem a bit irrational. Very defensive attitude with little imagination about how to win a game. Not sure where or when it is going to end having to endure this sort of thread most away day Saturdays.

Miller has always played like that. If you look at the video of his best season with Dover you will see time after time that he takes it on himself rather than pass. It worked at National League level but it won't in L2 and that's what he's got to adapt to. Until he learns that developing a partnership is more effective than constantly taking it on himself, he isn't going to succeed. That's the paradox.

This is where Aspin and Co have to stamp on him and tell him to start passing or drop him. Vale fans would welcome this - Play Kanu and Pope together for a few games and when Miller asks why he is not being played - explain to him he is a selfish player and needs to learn to share his toys.
