Brown is getting it right, good, experienced players at this and the level above have been signed, contrast that to Bruno's dozen overseas signings who weren't even Conference standard. The only reason Vale did well this time last season was most/the bulk of the starters were here under Rob Page plus Alex Jones and his goals. I'm much more positive this season than last.

Brown inherited a very poor squad. We were on a hiding to nothing. Brown may bring another player in before the deadline but he effectively now has his squad. He's had injuries with Barnett, Forrester, Monty etc. He's made errors of judgement which is to be expected with a rookie manager but we can't carry on with swapping managers every 5 minutes. Let the team and the squad as a whole settle down. Then over the next two seasons we will reap the rewards. Let's put aside our differences and go forth as one in unison together to support the manager and players.

I feel your pain. I am a fellow sufferer as are all our comrades on this enlightening forum. But we are making great strides towards the light. Which is why Bruno rightly got the push. We needed whoever replaced him to reverse that trend enough to keep us up. Brown got the job and failed to do that.
