If person A goes the Swindon game -£22.His mate ,work mate ,relative or Old Nick could have the stub because Person A can't go to the other 2 games because he's on nights.(rent boy)The new person may go to the first of the two games or both.2 games for £30.If The new person goes to the first game then due to unforeseen circumstances can't go to the second , he can get rid of the second game ticket for £15 to someone else.3

different people going to the Vale.

Regular pays £22

Second person pays £15

Third person £15.

Granted there won't be extra thousands going but then there wouldn't be if it was free.

I understood the concept the first time you mentioned, won't happen. Wouldn't get thousands more if it was free? People from Stoke on Trent? Freebie? Not interested?

Let's see what the crowd is on Saturday, I'd be delighted to be wrong and see lots of people take up the offer.

I'm definitely not saying it will increase the gate.

There's plenty of ammo to have a go at Smurf, so I can't understand why people are twisting this offer to somehow claim he lied and that this is a terrible offer.

It may not increase the attendance, but it is cheaper than usual and it is more than one game.

Or.....

Person A goes the Swindon game and pays £22, the same as he pays every Saturday home game. Persons B and C decide to stay at home when the other 2 games are played so that they can walk into the house without being searched by a neanderthal, they can get a hot drink, they can have a bottle of in-date beer at a reasonable price and don't have to drink it where they can't see the tv, they can sit on their sofa without having to wipe the bird **** off it first, they can choose to watch something with an entertainment value above 4/10 and if they are watching something crap, they can select something else to watch, they can get a pie, toastie, roast dinner, canapes, curry, pizza and be confident it is edible, they don't have to listen to another neanderthal telling one of the tv show cast to **** off just because he doesn't like Sam Kelly and never will, if they're cold they can turn up the heating and finally, when the show is over, they can go to bed without being pushed from pillar to post by a couple of Staffordshire's finest boys in blue. Oh and, between them, they still has 30 quid in their back pockets that they could club together to buy one a bj on Nile Street.

Yeah, I guess I'd better get there early, this deal could sell out.

Put like that, I think I rather pay the £22 and go watch the Vale.

The offer is better than nothing, but yet another big load of Smurf hot air, just like the promise of a 'well-known manager with massvive connections', 'loan players from top Prem clubs' and 'Plan B' and all the rest.

It's a bit like the local pub saying come in and have a pint, then you can have the next 2 pints at 10p each cheaper, oh and by the way, we've been to the bank and got some change now so you don't need to bring the exact money or queue up for a special pint voucher.

The toilets might be open too, but don't expect any crisps or peanuts after 8pm they'll be sold out.

What I meant was, are we making use of a free communication to 2500 people in order to spread the word of this offer?

Seems blindingly obvious to me that this should be a given.

It will be on the scoreboard on Saturday. What more do you want.Never ****ing satisfied on here.

it would be nice to forget all the politics at the club for the next 2 months and give the player the management team 100% of our support, if we can somehow get over the line and keep our place in league 1 for the start of new season regardless of the owner situation.fans keep saying owners players come and go, but true supporters support in good times and bad, weathers getting warmer, so lets all get down vale park and support and be that 12 man. keep the faith together we can achieve our aims.

More importantly the people whose details they should have on file who have not renewed season tickets for this season. That should be the bare minimum. Where is the fun competition on social media to get people to retweet the advert with a chance to win a prize? Very poor yet again from our marketing person.

Ticket holders not being able to go through cash turnstiles seemed to cause some chaos too.

Railway Stand at 2.50pm there approx 60 people with STs and Tickets queueing. The queue at the cash turnstile was err, err, not one.Unless the cash payers had turned up early this was a total waste of time.Anyone on here pay cash?Did you get a ticket?
