Went today but can understand those who didnt bother especially as most of the players havent bothered turning up all season. One of those games where I went because im unsure how long it will be before we are back in League 1. It was interesting which players were picked today , not sure if Im reading any significance into the ones that were missing. The retained list will probably answer that question.

Stayed till the end but refused to clap the players off , may have been a bit harsh on the very few who have put a shift in this season. However did applaud Gibbo off at the end. Take note recruitment team thats the type of player you need to be signing for next season.

I thought they might suprise us with some effort at the end of the Season but no chance. A fitting end to a consistently poor perfomance from a side that just doesn't care. I've been supporting them since the  early 80's, so I've had some ups and downs along the way but this was truly shameful...

A fitting end to a woeful season. That miss from Uche in the second half just typified how poor our recruitment has been - Boomer would have put that in!
I’ve also had enough of this style of football - DM I don’t want to see all our attacks starting with Ripley next season please mix it up. I also suggest we get some or all of the following:

Some proper full backs or wingbacks,

At least a couple of new centre halves with a modicum of pace.

Three strikers who have scored goals in the EFL.

I think these banner things are bloody daft. They cost a fortune and can come back to but you in the bum. Sunderland did one over St James’ Park when Newcastle went down in 2016. They thought it was such a clever thing to do. The following season Newcastle went back up, passing Sunderland on the way who went down in successive seasons to League One. That worked out well!!
