Middlesborough H EFL QF Tickets/Crowd

I suspect a lot a more casual fans will buy over the next 2 weeks. I've just had a look at availability of tickets and The Railway and Lorne Street are pretty much sold out. Parts of The Hamil behind the goals are close to being sold out. Where there is availability is both corners of The Hamil; which you would expect to be the last sold. The problem with odd seats in place like the Lorne Street is that families won't attend as they will want to sit together; so it may not completely sellout.  I suspect it will be with 100 of capacity; which is probably as close to capacity as we could realistically get.

We've never been a ' big club ' to be fair but i agree you'd think we'd pack the park out at home with a chance of making the semi finals

Didn't say we were big. But we're definitely definitely small If we can't sell out this.

Loads get paid in a few days time, I reckon it will sell out EASY......Some folk talking LIKE the games NEXT Tuesday!!

Agree, plus how many don’t do online purchases ( like me) and are waiting for a Saturday to go to the ticket shop, or will go 10 mins earlier on Tuesday and buy then whilst already at the ground.

i recon this will sell out.

Lorne st virtually sold out already so then any sales thereafter will obviously start to fill other stands.

Yep when they announced 14,000 everyone around me burst out in fits of laughter.

I took my then 13yr old daughter and we had tickets in the Bycars (We went to Highbury also). The queues were mega and they moved the juvenile turnstile to the bottom of the Bycars. No way was I leaving her alone. I kicked off, went into a turnstile with her and said we were going nowhere until they let her in. IT went off with the stewards and eventually they opened the gates and let everyone in through there!! Once in you could see droves of fans being moved into the railway stand after kick-off. The ground was full, believe me!!!!

I was finally able to get my ticket on Saturday. I had been waiting for my work rota to be published. I had requested the night off which the boss had agreed but as with all the previous cup games, when the rota dropped suprise suprise I was on a late shift, however unlike the previous rounds I've stood my ground and lost the shift which as it was over my contract hours means it's cost me nearly £90 in lost wages plus the cost of the ticket.
Unfortunately there's always a balance to be had with non season ticket games.
Look back at our recent history in the championship and despite the rudge teams playing outstanding football crowds were generally 6-7k at best. It's that sort of area.
