Are we to assume Plant has progressed  better at Salisbury than McDermott?

Seems to of leapfrogged him into the squad. I'd have both on the bench tomorrow.

I think it's because we had Butters,Politic and Holden on the bench.

Unless Tommy can play LCB?!

The other 65 per cent were looking forwards to playing Stoke and all the midland sides in championship and on what I've seen in this league apart from deadly finishing of opposition players is not really that much difference between them and us

If 65% of our fanbase expect us to be playing stoke in the championship then they are going to be very disappointed for quite a long time

Correct we were like this last time we went up .
Sustainability I agree however if going just for that you have to find a way of entertaining the fans who go or else folk be watching all games for 35 pounds a season at home .
I could have that option but I follow Vale so have to buy a season ticket and be buying me lad one aswell .
It would be a saving of 525 a year (home games only )..
You have to win or find a way win with the tools you have at your disposal
Maybe not 65 per cent but I'd say by 2000 folk staying away v Oxford on Easter Monday I think there was only 5500 Vale ( fans there (we have 6500 season ticket holders) the rot has set in ..
The players need play better than they have ever played last 5 bit hard when most are going be shown the door at end of season .

Oxford was also on bank holiday monday when lots of people were likely on holiday

With respect, what rot! Many people were away with it being Easter, Oxford are no big draw and people have other things to do on a Bank Holiday.

We are/were on a poor run but talk of "rot" is frankly nonsense in my opinion.

Even though I have a ST I must admit I stayed at home to watch the Oxford game on TV  because I couldn’t face sitting in rain watching anymore of our dull football and players who couldn’t be arsed to give their all.  I know I wasn’t the only one!  Thankfully it was different which I thought Conlon and Wilson were the catalyst for that.

Will take a dour 0-0 tomorrow. Another point and safety will assured.

33 appearances for last seasons champions Wigan. Good pedigree . Looked a great signing.

But so did Lawrie Wilson......enough said.

Sometimes you can't put finger on it but at the time both looked great signings.

My friend Tom, a season ticket holder at Wigan, is not thinking Massey is more than a sub at L1 level. Its inaccurate to portray him as a key part of Wigan's promotion season. He wasn't.

Lincoln have drawn 19 games from 40. Their home record is won 5, drawn 13, lost 1.  If we play as we did at Portsmouth that could be lost 2. If we play as at Accrington it will become won 6.

Today is a chance to get safe beyond all reasonable doubt with a win.
