Mate, I only know REP from supporting the Vale. I've met him several times at home and away games. I'm NOT defending him believe me BUT all I'd say is his heart is in Vale, has been for many, many years. Yes he does like to go on in posts and perhaps causes hackles to be raised but genuinely he loves Vale through and through. He will not say himself but he has had an absolutely horrendous year personally which would have tested the most hardened of us so all I'd say is please allow him a little slack as a true fellow Valiant. Also REP, if you are reading this please tone down some of your posts. You are an intelligent individual who has many good things to say about Vale, simply don't rise to other's wind ups, just post like the majority of us, with passion but a modicum of restraint!

He was only stating why the loan had not gone through at the time and was a perfectly reasonable statement. In another thread you criticise his stance on the Checkatrade trophy but did not comment on several other posters who expressed a similar viewpoint. Give it a rest he has served his suspension from the site so why open old feuds? I suspect you are on his ignore list so why not do the same and stop turning threads into personal abuse.

It would be a great shame as he’s one of very few creative players we have. He’s been completely wasted for most of this season.

IF true, it would be a catastrophic indictment of Neil Aspin's management and Norman Smurfwaite's Port Vale. How either could let our most exciting player go is beyond belief, when we're in the position we're in.

 

Losing out on our best players to teams like Colchester for what would probably be a minimal fee? Might as well close the doors now because we're not going to progress any further if that's the route we're going to go down.

Rumours on twitter its a loan until the end of the season with option to buy... if so then it would be pure stupidity to let him go! a) we may get nothing for him if they dont take up the buy option so would just be a cheap loan which could cost our EFL place and b) would see no money now!
