I take it you're not referring to Brexit?

I think we're in for as rude an awakening as the one Germany got today. And no, I'm not talking about the football now.

no one knows what will happen, if the fake news(propaganda from overseas media owners)actually disappeared and we were fed actual news instead of vested interests vivid imagination plus iffs buts maybees and possibles then we might learn something.

Just out of interest which media / news do you consume that isn't fake and helps to inform your understanding of the world. Asking for a friend.

Bookie, You're right and I've made the same point but the people who know and run the UK economy eg The Bank of England who don't have an axe to grind suggest things are not going to be just fine and dandy. One quote made by the Bank of England from the article below, "It is a journey that will almost certainly entail pain and lost treasure" and there's many such articles.

and I remember an article by Mark Carney a couple of years ago saying that a vote for Brexit would lead to an immediate recession, in his support for project fear.

Thats a funny recession with exports booming and employment at a high

The objective is to sell newspapers not to inform the buyers... a little information padded with a lot of innuendo, sleaze, shock and cack gets the desired results
Just echo machines, most people only read what they like to be told.

the fake news(propaganda from overseas media owners)actually disappeared

Telegraph - Barclay Brothers - based on Sark for tax purposes.

Mail - Lord Rothermere - claims to be reside in France (non-dom loophole).

Sun & Times - Murdoch - say no more.

Decided to prepare for the future after advice by my favourite Aussie Tim Martin.

No more French and Italian,it's all Australian and New Zealand wine from now on.

Each to their own I suppose.
