I'm not saying they'd come straight back up but I'm confident with their resources they could do it within three years.Money talks and with billionaire owners they will join the likes of Aston Villa & Wolves back in the PL.

 

Sadly, you're probably right but wouldn't it be fun if they did a Sunderland and got relegated while we had a promotion season under Aspo and Rudge. The Lardies would be foaming at the mouth at the prospect of a few more derby drubbings courtesy of the Boslem lads. It's a great thought :smile:

What goes around comes around folks, they've mocked us for a generation now. They're hopefully about to suffer a massive reality check that surprise surprise they really are not one of the nations big boys. Im sure there must be a good few here that can remember themselves bigging them selves up as one of the elite when they'd moved on from the much criticised pulis era...signing the likes of shikiri ect, they really thought they were establishing themselves up at the top end, rubbing shoulders with the big six ect. They're delusional, they were back in the 80's and 90's when blabbing on about 72 and the glory years...and they always will be

 

And yes I know we've got no reason to brag as we've unfortunately got norman at the helm... but hey, if happiness does come in small doses, well this saturday has been bliddy great....So whats left to say... over to you on monday Arnie, get the job done mate!

There are bigger clubs than them outside the Premiership in fact I’d say there is 8 or 9 clubs bigger than them in the Championship now. I don’t think they will automatically go back up, then every season becomes harder as other clubs come down from the Premiership, not one of the teams who came down last season will be going back up, Sunderland are going down and Boro spent millions.
