He rambled on about a disciplinarian coming in but it was so garbled it didnt make sense,there was no clarity in his thinking and he seemed to contradict himself,blamed social media for making things up Re Garlick will go if Brown is sacked.

 

Quite a worrying interview,his rambling was disturbing.

Just heard news as I'm on holiday. Made my day. Hate to see anyone sacked, but seriously it had to be the only decision as far as Valiants are concerned. We just could not let Brown continue to bumble on without any clue whatsoever at being a manager. Onwards and upwards fellow fans. There surely now has to be light at the end of this long dark tunnel. I am more happy tonight now than I have been for over 18 months. Having said all that good luck Michael in whatever you now do.

Poor phone quality and contradicted himself alot. Smurf apologized for his "Bruno" experiment, went down the route of saying he wouldn't sell the club 'til after the next transfer window (mentioned the potential Hugill money) then retracted saying he won't sell club 'til it's back in Lge 1.

 

Said 2nd Synectics bid was 20% of the 1st one.

 

Overall came over playing the victim card.

thank god. i wanted to give him till xmas, but after today it was clear he didnt know what he was doing. what we need now is a proper manager and not another massive clear out. our players are as good as anyone in this league, clearly brown couldnt make them play. my worry now is that smurf will take another cheap option and drive us further under. cheers browny, respect but u just werent ready yet. utv

No chance. Brownfield land in Burslem is plentiful - and undeveloped. There's a reason for that - no one wants to build there.

Wish him well. Now we need Garlic / Smurf to find a gem of a manager to turn this situation round. It can be done and there is sufficient talent in the squad to climb the league.

I agree but I have a very low confidence level in Abnorman's decision making as to employing the right person to get the best out of our current squad.

I honestly think we have enough ability in the playing staff to do well in this league but they need good leadership and tactical nous to achieve their potential.
