He's a big strong lad, a little bit lazy though but does have a great turn of pace. I'm speaking from my time officiating him regularly when he was at Stoke.

 

Speaking of Chester I wouldn't mind their defender Sam Hughes but I think he's destined for bigger things.

 

I know you are talking rubbish as referees don't see anything!

I don't know what Pope is on so I can't answer that as well you know. However we keep being reminded of the 'competitive' budget yet a number of targets have already gone elsewhere (for various reasons of course of which we are unaware) but we have signed up one player other than Tom who remains a secret......I just hope Brown tells the ref his name at least half an hour before kickoff on 5th August.
