With McGivern come the 'long ball game' and at one point Dicko was joining in as well, we bypassed midfield Brown wasnt up for it and when Dodds dropped back there he was anonymous, thought he'd gone off as well!!

 

Moore was another player not interested last night the only shining light was Andoh who chased everything but has no end product and Duffy who tried his best!

 

Defending corners is a worry and why oh why doesn't Alnwick come for corners that are in the six yd box or thereabouts instead of staying on his line!!

 

Our corners and free kicks are laughable as they either go to their keeper, their players or sail short or too long, we seem to persist with this lofted cross either from the flanks or from corners that defenders and goalkeepers have time to deal with them instead of a whipped cross that only needs a touch!!

 

Tuesday night games are now becoming a monkey on our back and it needs sorting!! oh well at least we will have the debacle of the FA Cup in the next few weeks which is a worry, can't wait to get O'Connor back!

It's such a gloomy and depressing stadium to visit at night, especially during the winter months. Poor football and entertainment only compounds the enjoyment.

 

It's a shame to crash out of this cup, as I genuinely felt we could and would, do well in this competition this year.

 

Dim lighting from the floodlights IMO doesn't help!

Another awful performance last night. It seems we get one good performance for every 3 or 4 bad ones this season so after Saturdays decent effort last night was always going to be terrible. After watching both that and the Carlisle games it seemed the players had as much enthusiasm to be in that competition as the fans did.

Rather worrying that Uche is our only player that looks likely to score a goal most of the time and yet at the moment he's only with us until January, it could be a long depressing second half to the season if he goes.
