Apart from posting a screen grab of the website, posting the URL of the webpage, and explaining that if you click the email from pvfc marketing it takes you to the page titled TICKETS were it says club shop open until 7pm I don't know what further I can do. The ticket office is in the club shop nowhere does it say but the ticket office shut at 5.

You must have your rise tinted glasses on Jean or yr internet works different than mine! Best wishes anyway

Ever thought that although the ticket office is in the club shop that they are separate parts that just share the same building?

Yes Melv I've thought that. Fact is the website "tickets" page said clubshop open to 7pm. It didn't say, but not for tickets. Ever thought of that?

the club have made an error, it has caused you an issue, the club have actually apologised on twitter this morning

maybe time to move on

TBH, I'm absolutely delighted that our gripes are now centred around IT and procedural issues rather than the chronic neglect we had to fight against.

Agreed.

Round of applause! Makes a refreshing change, we can always find something to moan about as Vale fans

Huge queues outside but the line was moving quick. Need to have more turnstiles open as they seemed to have closed some of them.

Simple solution for me, the problem lies in the printing machines they take ages, always seem to had a niggle (they have the last 2 times I've got a ticket) why oh why are they not printing a shed load of tickets in advance to save a truck load of time at peak periods... Folks will say they'll be waste but a bit of ticket stub waste is much better that 50+ folks being put off coming to the next game with a 'fans experience' of today's ilk....

A good problem to have, but nonetheless needs sorted for next league game.

If 20 turnstile operators were making £200 each that would be £4K a match. We are paying Ticketmaster £7K a week. Plus we have had to pay for the system. Turn away 200 walk ups and that is another £4K gone. Maths don't add up to me. But what do I know.

Smurf is paying ticketmaster 8k per month. He told us this at the last sc meeting.
