just got 3 and waited behind 25 to 30 others shop also really busy. think we will have a big crowd tomorrow. :)

i went down at about half 2 to get a home top (which weren't in so I've ended up with a pair of shorts and a training top) and there must of been 15 people in the queue

Think they were in about 5pm as people were buying shirts a small que also same for shirt printing.

got 3 went smoothly didnt need ID or have to give any details,

 

will say that for the family group offer you have to ask for it,as the lad didnt give me at first until i enquired why we had not got the group rate.

 

possibly need a bigger screen as wanted seats in r/w stand front row he thought he gave them but turned out 3 rows back,,they could do with a larger printed seating plan(over the top view) on the spare wall to help with choosing the correct seat you want saving the lad to scroll around a small screen , no biggy will move if lad cant see over the person in front.

this may be true but the thought he gave me front row which wasnt the case so perhaps a bigger screen or print showing the entire seating would help as he had to scroll around a small screen thinking he was looking at the front row(plus i enquired at the open day and there were a few still left then but i didnt know how many were going from my family so couldnt book and risk not sitting together)

Great customer service and typical vale ticket office shoddy effort. Was going to buy 6 tickets and one new home shirt. can't be bothered now will sit in the back garden with the cricket on tomorrow and that's £150 saved. Forget it Vale now until Wolves match, got to get sharper. The clowns.

@OfficialPVFC: The Ticket office will now be closing at 5pm due to maintenance, the Shop is still open until 7pm #pvfc

Seriously chill out.. I live in Leeds and am getting my ticket at around half past 12 tomorrow.

Mate the ticket office shut at 5 today due to maintenance.. Unless you would like them to ring every single vale fan and let them know then I don't know how this situation could have been avoided???
