On the vale website, and also if you click the link on "buy tickets" in the email from vale marketing that I got today it says club shop open until 7pm.

 

On the web page called TICKETS it says open to 7pm.

 

The ticket office is in the club shop ***.

 

Its poor anyway.

 

But due to unforeseen circumstances it had to shut today at 5!

Dunna panic and get yourself down Vale Park tomorrow

Really annoying after arranging to finish work early and getting across there through the Friday rush hour traffic to find they've messed up the messages on the news feed and information to fans. Can't pay cash on the turnstyles, can't buy tickets online through ticketmaster yet, ticket office closes early for maintenance. Frustrating as can only get there if go tomorrow after 2.15pm and will surely face a queue and will have the "should of gone in the week mate" crowd fired up if complain... :) hey ho. If it was organised and slick... It wouldn't be the vale we know

That's a ridiculous statement. Only the OVF rose-glasses brigade could turn this into a fans fault. Pathetic.

 

Well that's the first time I've been accused of having rose-glasses on here in relation to Vale. It's not so long ago I was one of the devil incarnate brigade!

 

I can't actually find anything on the website that said the ticket office would be open until 7 by the way - only the shop

Apart from posting a screen grab of the website, posting the URL of the webpage, and explaining that if you click the email from pvfc marketing it takes you to the page titled TICKETS were it says club shop open until 7pm I don't know what further I can do. The ticket office is in the club shop nowhere does it say but the ticket office shut at 5.

 

You must have your rise tinted glasses on Jean or yr internet works different than mine! Best wishes anyway
