Pitch should have dried out but Exeter perform well away from home so I think a draw is on the cards.

Another hard game and all depends on how Exeter set up. If they attack then it will be a Vale Win. Popey to score.

 

However, if like other teams, sneak a goal and then pack the midfield, it will be a loss and MA's will start complaining about the boo boys on radio sjoke.

 

We have come to expect a lot from the team and they felt frustrated and let the team now it was a poor game.

I would start with pope and Andrews up front as it would be harsh to drop Andrews after his performance this week. At half time bring Hughes on for either of the front 2.

 

Popes goal record in the last few games has to put even his position under threat. Which isn't a bad thing with the squad we have.

 

Don't agree with this JJF. Pope is clearly more than just a goalscorer. His hold up play and distribution this season has been excellent and he merits his place on this alone. Having said that would you seriously consider dropping the Football League's highest goal scorer?

I'd take anything from this game. They are much better away than we are at home and we seem to be struggling at the moment. I really expect to loose 1-0!!! perhaps i have just been watching Vale for too long!

Well here's my prediction 3-0 Vale Jones 2 Pope 1 .

The tempo must be right from

Kick off and I feel it will be .

Expect to c a great goal tomoz from the magic left foot off Jones.

In fact I'd like c him hit a dead ball ( corner or free kick 20 yards out ).

Very confident but the fans have got play there part too .

I cant see Jones scoring two BUT it's interesting what you say about free kicks etc,which were really poor in the last home game,with the shot that Jones possesses i am surprised they dont let him have a crack at a free kick.
