Who ever is to blame we need some stability and very quickly. The natives have been getting very restless for a while. I think the January window dissapointed a lot of people and Saturdays capitulation just put the top hat on it. There is a lot of rebuilding to be done many fans are very dissalusioned.  We need some hope and quick.

I think Crosby was a plausible appointment given his coaching and playing experience. But it didn't work out.
