I’m not convinced that Garrity’s header crossed the line, but I think the liner flagged. Shame, because Wilson’s follow up finished was class and shows what an actual good striker can do.

When Nathan Smith is supposedly your best defender, you're not getting near to the play-offs come the end of the season.

Scrappy game, poor performance but Vale got a point, when we get something out of a game who gives a damn about the performance.  Vale have played well at times this season and got nothing.

Game changed when Wilson and Walters came on, both skillful footballers.

Don't know if the first Vale effort went over the line but Wilson's shot certainly did.

Poor goal for Vale to give away, Vale switched off.

Radio Sjoke didn't take long to get AC after match chat.  But its going to be the same crap he usually comes out with.  

Just don't see where Vale are going with AC and Co in charge at the moment.  I want it to work for him, but it just doesn't seem to be getting any better now, players switching off, not concentrating and missing runners.  Others watching players go past them and not trying to hard.

But as AC says 7 out of 9 points - it keeps him in a job no doubt.

He's average at best at this level, and that's being generous.
