It's all so bloody predictable as well. You knew it at 2-1. Even at 3-2 I said to my mrs, I'll check again in 2 mins & it'll be 3-3. Only 1 x winner once it went to ET & Pens based on the way the game panned out.

Total waste of a great opportunity to make some proper dosh & a massive shot at round 4. <ovf censored>.

It’s just so typical.

2-0 up, cruising to the third round plus 67k to boot. On top of that it would have been two wins in a few days with a home game on Saturday and the League Cup quarter final next week. 

We’ve just managed to sabotage any little momentum or hope of turning things around. 

It’s clear to see that he’s not the man for the job. Our game management is none existent. Tonight sums it up.

Absolutely shocking from Crosby.

In control, 2-0, by virtue of controlling the midfield with the excellent Arblaster and Devine. 

Crosby decides to sub them, and replace them in the middle with a CB and a 18yo. Insanity. We were setting up shop on the 61st minute, but doing so by nuking any technical ability and basically letting them have the ball for half an hour.

I said then, as an average, clueless fan, that we'd lose control and probably concede at least 1. Stevenage are a decent side and the ball was coming back at us over and over again. If I could see it, how could Crosby, Schofield, Dunn, Nash, or the analysts not see it? Why on earth sub your best players for a centre half and a teenager? This isn't a hindsight moan - I complained about it as it happens and watched with grim resignation as we lost control

It's just further evidence that he isn't a manager. His in-game sense is not good. His instincts are way off. The bloke's a decent coach, but there isn't a fan in the ground who thought they were good subs - yet our entire coaching team did.

Awful, awful, awful. Get a proper manager in.
