Well it's hard to be Happy tonight folks, glad I didn't go - feel really really sorry for those that did.

We can't dress today up in any way shape or form, but we must expect much to be learned, hopefully it galvanises the hierarchy into positive action on the striker recruitment front.

Onwards and upwards, the one thing about football is that there's never long to dwell on the last result before the next game is upon you.

Keep the faith and drink plenty of fluids.

Not so happy, but not angry/ apoplectic like most on the site. Sorry, it’s just how I am. Never get super excited, even after Wembley, or depressed after today. Wife does not know if we have won or lost when I get home. It’s just a game of football.

Didn't they sack the manager behind the 7-1 defeat the very same night, and appoint the manager who beat them 7-1 immediately (Lambert)?
