Slightly off topic but picked my season ticket up and it’s plain. Last years had signage on it stating port vale football club season ticket 2022 /2023. Is this correct?

If you take it into the ticket office they will re print it for you

It gives me the option to indicate that my son won't be attending for the game on Saturday. He has an u12 season ticket. I thought this season we had to indicate that they will be using their ticket.

I never have any problems as I always pick mine up for away games.  ( but then again I'm only 10 mins from the ticket office )

It’s to avoid any embarrassment if you lose your wallet.

I have Google wallet and yes I did download my season ticket but I would still prefer to have an actual card in case my phone goes t#ts up for some reason. So you are not a saddo you just have a backup. Just in case, you never know.

Maybe the wrong thread but something has to be done by the current situation in the ticket office at the moment. I went up today to get coach and match ticket for Charlton, after waiting in the small queue for about 10 minutes or so, it then took another 15 - 20 minutes from asking for these tickets to finally been given them.  There were no printed coach tickets, an issue over the match ticket as well.  Whilst in the ticket office, I heard 2 peope who came to pick up Blackpool tickets that they had brought online, they were told an issue with printing off and to come back tomorrow, that is not good enough, lots of people in there not knowing what to do.  With Janet no longer working in the ticket office does not help, I believe she was great and at present lot of inexperienced staff but we need to get on top of this.  I dread to think what it be like if got past Crewe and got someone like Man United or Liverpool away.  I don't want to come across as a moaner again but some people could be travelling a decent distance to pick up these tickets and not good to be asked to come back on the day of the game to pick up a ticket.

I went today. Lady there was very pleasant and tried her best to help me as quickly as possible. I was only collecting tickets. But everythings all over the place. Nothing seems organised. Tickets aren't even all in the same place. STs one end of the building, she had go somewhere else search for charlton ones. Just needs someone to get in and organise it.
