How many managers have FGR had this season?  Didn't they start with a female manager ( virtue signalling),  quietly and quickly sidelined her. Someone else, then Deeney ( always looked a stupid move that one, but it ticked another box I suppose). Now he's gone. Have I missed anyone? In all seriousness, Palermo apparently hold the record - 9 changes in a single season involving 7 managers. They avoided relegation by 1 point, then tried just 5 changes the next season and went down!

Lost 6 of last 7 league games. Minus 21 goal difference.

And dumped out of the cup at home to lower league opposition. 

I'd say it's a fair sacking. Felt he was an odd appointment in the first place having being sacked at Walsall who are League 2.
