I know it was the council money that allowed us to go into administration. Are you seriously that desperate to re write history that much because mar mate bill used to give you free tickets for the posh seats.

 

The only free thing Bill Bratt ever gave me was a burger at the open day when he was serving on the stall by the Hamil road stand.

Reduced to re writing history for a free burger from mar mate. Willing to criticise the current owner and the state of the team but happy as Larry when burger bill gave us a starting 11 that included slater, perry, richman, Davidson, and Danny Glover.

Is there a remote chance that Smurf will sell up so he can take over the team at Nuneaton and pay himself rent to use the stadium.

I still think he has an hidden agenda to offer the Nuneaton ground to Coventry if they leave the Ricoh.

Keep the pressure up on Saturday regarding the protest and plan future protests and he may decide to pack his bags and leave the Vale.

Correct,BB was still there.APOLOGIES.It must have been when Tosh came back.Info from a former player.The point I was trying to make was the slide in the club’s fortunes started with V2001,poor signings and fans unable to run a Football Club/Business.It was V2001 who took us to League 2.No money,no clue.Not sure how we stand money wise nowadays or clue for that matter.Forcing administration again will finish us.

Can I just point out that despite not having a clue V2001 appointed Micky Adams as manager, and he got us promotion back to League 1.

 

Only because some of their other appointments had got us relegated in the first place. They also appointed Sinnott, Glover twice, Gannon, Grew etc

Who’s to say he doesn’t pay himself rent now?
