Brexit again...

By the way I'd be up for a meaningful vote on the final settlement rather than their own fantasy subjective Brexit that everybody voted on two years ago. No £350 million extra for the NHS, no gaslighting people that we were "very clear" about leaving the SM/CU, the final deal, warts and all.

Alternative facts - right wing rhetoric for blatant lies.

Free trade - right wing rhetoric for reducing taxes and the state, including public services such as health & education.

Take back control - right wing rhetoric for removing employment rights and restricting workers collective representation through anti-trade union legislation.

No wonder the enemies of the people such as Rees Mogg, Gove, Fox, Johnson and Farage campaigned to drag us out of the EU irrelevant of the potential disaster of exiting the single market and customs union. Traitors, the lot of them.

You only tell us how crap it could or will be when we eventually do comeout of the EU,no one has said how great it is being in the EU, or how it will be better for the UK if we stay in. We all know that the EU treat us like 5hite, (re Cameron )and for some reason we accept it , so why do you believe that would ever change if we stayed in.

Another loser then who won't accept defeat and clings on to another referendum until it swings their way.

How it works is,you have a referendum and the side that gets the most votes WINS,on the other hand the side that gets the least votes(that's you) LOSES.

Get over it and be a nice loser, that's how democracy works.

Not a winner who is so sure the right thing is being done that a second opinion would not be the same?

We've been much better off as members of the EU than we were prior to joining so why would we want to take a leap into the economic abyss of the unknown and hope it'll make things better than they are when that situation was a failure before? As for change, no country is the same as it was 50 years ago. Political change is inevitable and happens constantly, surely we're better involved in changing the EU for the better than having no input? We'll be under the influence of the EU whether we like it or not just as Canada and Mexico are under the influence of the USA but, like them, we'll have very little influence over the politics next door and could be subject to things out of our control like 25% import tariffs on steel and aluminium - funnily enough something that has just been done to us by the Brexiteers supposed No.1 ally.

We're European, always have been and always will be, it's geography. Politically isolating ourselves is small minded madness in my view and if we continue down this path we will suffer a dark period in our history.

It could be that one option is just less s*#* than the other option.

The EU want us to fail and the are being ably abetted by the Remainers and the unelected House of Lords.
After 2 years still waiting for the plan, surely the governments responsibility. Perhaps we should have a national government?

This is how wasteful and incompetent the EU is.They are prepared to spend £130m a year of taxpayers money on a travelling circus that once a month sees the European Parliament decamp from Belgium to France.

Over 1,000 politicians, officials and translators

make the journey from Brussels to Strasbourg on two specially chartered trains all hired at taxpayers’ expense.

Madness.

As you say, in YOUR view, that's different to my view. By the way I'm British always have been and always will be , no documents I own says that iam European .

By the way,2016 order for 640 BRITISH military vehicles to be manufactured using WELSH steel. Two months later the EU stepped in and told that Sweden must supply the steel. EU looking after us.

Have our politicians in that lot ever tried to change it? Or did Farage enjoy the change of cuisine?
