Brexit again...

Demolish the Palace of Westminister or Buckingham Palace to become a Republic?

I would certainly start with Westminster. In fact I would like to personally cast the first stone. Then, I would make EVERY MP in turn smash a sledgehammer into some part of The Houses Of Parliament. Preferably, the place where they most regularly had their snout in the trough.

The Germans in Buckingham Palace could be dealt with at a later date.

But not much later.

If we voted leave again we will have another 2 years of arguing befor deciding on a 3rd Referendum while at the same time we keep paying Billions in to the EU coffers.

If there is a new referendum I'd expect it to be "leave with deal X or remain", so a leave vote should then be as quick as the associated legislation can be enacted.

So let me get this right, all these remainer MP's who didn't want a no-deal have actually forced one?

Madness.

Won't happen. Parliament will yet again vote to stop no deal, even if it means no Brexit - at least in the medium term. My guess is a general election would decide the way forward after that.

As in most spheres of life if you get the basics wrong things tend not to work out. Cameron was the culprit, if you want a major change in an organisation or constitution you go for a minimum of a 60% vote whether it be a golf club or a country. So if 3 people are round a table, 2 out of the 3 are likely to have the same opinion and if decisions are to be made they will usually run smoothly. But simple majorities do not have that luxury, same as a hung parliament. Whether an election would change things will depend on the result, a referendum with a threshold would be more conclusive but not likely to be held. May took the poisoned chalice or fall guy as they say in the US, who will take over? Will they have a better hand?

In your opinion, funny thing is over 60% would disagree with you. Imagine if we had another referendum and 59% voted to remain, you’d be complaining then wouldn’t you?

No, 59% is a more definite result, like Vale winning 3-0 instead of scraping a 1-0. Not an opinion it is a proven process. All I was doing is explaining why narrow majorities are more difficult to carry out, 60% is more usual as it gives a clearer outcome and is easier to implement. Not my fault Cameron didn't know what he was doing. Why did May hold an election? She wanted a bigger margin.

I know facts don’t bother Brexiters.

The greatest ever democratic vote was when Majors Government was elected in 1992.

It means nothing it was 3 years ago and has been found to have been conducted unfairly by vote leave. If it had have been a proper vote it would have been declared null and void.

If all else fails the remain side just makes it up.

Just been to the shops and apparently straight bananas are out of stock at the moment

Imagine taking the **** out of peoples democratic rights being trampled on because it happens to have favoured your view point this time?

Luckily for you, us remainers will keep fighting for your right to live in a sovereign and democratic nation that will decide how it wishes to be governed, and hold accountable those who disregard our wishes.

And yes, you are welcome
