It's funny but I've actually only seen him play 120 mins of football and yet I think the whole dynamic of the team changes without him. He frightened the life out of both Burnley and Gills and I have to say some of the the treatment dished out by the latter was akin to pub football. I think he'll be missing for a month and given Kelly's dreadful/anonymous cameo I suspect Brown will come into the centre with Foley out wide. In which case, I think AJ rather than Uche will work better up front.

I say this every season, we never have enough wingers. We need FOUR to deal with situations like this. What if Byron Moore gets injured now? Where would the threat/creativity come from?

Or Kelly, Daniel, Dodds, foley, or AJ? How many do we need! And that's not including the afformemtiomed birchall and Lloyd, though them not being good enough highlights a question about the retained list rather than whether we have enough wingers. The manager thinks they are better than what he could bring in replacement. We have over 30 players in the squad, and wingers isn't the priority. We have at least 9 players who are wingers, or who have played a large part of their career on the wing.

Really exciting prospect, but it's far too early to get carried away. He will soon have 2 or even 3 marking him like JMW and MM used to have - teams will have a plan on how they are going to play him, it's only then that we will see how good he really is.Don't want to put pressure on him. At the moment he is an unknown to the oppostion. Not critising him in any way - against Crewe and Gills (didn't see Burnley game) i thought he was excellent, but it's early days yet.
