Yes and American owners, they’re not after fans who have been going all their lives, it’s tourism fans who sit there offering nothing to the atmosphere, just take photos. Ticket sites will also be cashing in selling packages.

Couple of niggles I have with the system that can be improved on. There's no indication on the site that I've actually bought tickets for Salford. I can't buy anymore and the transaction is pending in my account but it would be reassuring to read it on the site. Also my points tally hasn't been amended since buying the tickets.

As for QR codes, I'm quite happy to use them at Vale but I'm never confident enough to try and download them for away matches. Quite happy at concert venues but don't fancy travelling to say Barrow and not being able to get in.

I suspect my points total is probably right as I've had an ST this time after only being an 1876 member last season, but it would be nice to see a breakdown of your points on the new system(or a history of games attended if they are doing it on a rolling system) like the old one? I appreciate that looked like an excel spreadsheet which probably isn't a good look for the masses but at least something would be useful instead of just a flat total.

You are talking about the big 6, doubt if there are many tourists at the likes of Ipswich and Leicester

They’ll attend the big games. Lots of money in that region and only an hour from London on the train. A few seasons ago they were advertising the selling of helicopters at Norwich at HT. Kids will want to go and if they can only get tickets for lower category games, the parents will buy them just to say they’ve been to an EPL game.

Any indication as to whether we are close to selling out Salford?

Third phase of tickets/points kicks in at midday today and wasn't expecting them to reach general sale.

I doubt tickets will be easy to get at Ipswich.

I'm surprised they didn't sell out yesterday.

    •
    • Something not correct here especially when you have 285 points and was expecting to purchase today.

Had same problem mate - logged in dead on 12pm trying to get 3 more tickets for lads with 270+ points and it wouldn’t let me allocate them.  Tried again at 1pm and it worked.  I reckon they did not change the points requirement at 12 pm but some time later.  Generally worked well though.  I had to go on 3 times to get all my tickets due to the points system- but fair enough.  Those who go the most deserve first dibs in my opinion.

I'm shocked we haven't sold out today. Got my tickets though. See you there troops.

(Anyone who's booked a print at home ticket had there QR code yet?)

I'm still waiting for my working ST QR code. Wasn't that supposed to be by today?

Well they did say end of the month philmpv.

I've paid for both but got no st qr code or car park qr code. Not panicking yet though.😱😱
