Yes we've had x2, still awaiting the card collection and notification? We had x2 last year and also went a few away games

The cards were available from last Friday, Pete, so you should be able to collect it from the shop.

Thank you

Thank you I will

Just bought my ticket for Salford and the system worked very quickly - immediately opened the gates at 12pm and rapidly had them secured.

Chose 'print at home' - anyone else done this who knows when the tickets will be sent out?

Have Vale been sent the tickets yet? Does anyone have a physical Salford ticket?

I managed to get one as well, I can only assume because I'm just under the threshold that buying this ticket pushes me over and means I qualify.

I came on here to ask the same thing, I chose print at home but there's no qr code on my ticket confirmation...if that's the same as everyone else then I'll go with it for now.

Yeah I just got a confirmation email, and then I could add something to my Apple Wallet.

I did that and it's a generic ticket for the 10th August with a venue of Vale Park, with no QR Code or anything to scan.

I've emailed the ticket office to ask for clarification but I assume tickets will be sent out in the coming days? Will let you know if I get a response.

Thanks I've emailed as well, if I hear anything I'll put it on here.

The ticket released was advertised here

as they'd become available for purchase to those with 300+ points today, however when I bought mine earlier it said 290+ on the ticketmaster website, so the likelyhood is someone has made a data entry mistake and made them more widely available than they meant them to be.

That's was the same as me,I've got 295. Maybe they let people who will be on the right number of points after purchase apply as well?

I can't see anything on there about when the e-tickets will actually be sent too you though, surely it would be immediately

What is this members thing? I'm trying to purchase one for our kid who has is own adult season ticket and it just says "this member doesnt exist in your network". Can  season ticket holders only buy just for themselves or their kids who have 1876 membership ?

You'd have to add him to your network before buying his ticket, it's in the account management section. e76e1d44facf82033e316160d0eada35.jpgf54fb6526b02473ef52eff6466aefb30.jpg

I think that'd be very unlikely. Otherwise it renders the system rather pointless as a reward for loyalty.

They were advertised as only being available to people with 300+, they were actually available to those with 290+, including yourself on 295.

I think it's more likely that someone in the ticket office has bungled the elgibility criteria when inputting the data into whatever retail management portal the club use when creating a new event for sale.

Thanks Walka, only trouble now is they haven't allocated our kids points despite buying a ticket for the same games as me...  What a palaver!

If you chose “print at home” ticketmaster, normally for concerts anyway, will send a PDF to your email address a few days before the game / event.
